CEO & Co-Founder

Ali Imran Tariq

Ali Imran Tariq is a strategic social development leader with over a decade of experience driving high-impact welfare, education, and community mobilization initiatives across Pakistan. He currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of The A & N Foundation and the General Secretary to Zariya Welfare. Backed by a Master's in Project Management (MPM), Ali specializes in bridging the gap between vision and execution. He has successfully mobilized over 200 million rupees in charitable funding, spearheaded public-private partnerships — including a massive local government initiative to rehabilitate 650 schools — and consistently established transparent donor relations and robust organizational governance across multiple prominent NGOs. He is dedicated to creating scalable, sustainable solutions for community development and financial empowerment.

Adv. Waqas Ahmed

Adv. Waqas Ahmed is a legal practitioner and social sector leader with over a decade of experience in advancing good governance, legal compliance, and institutional development for non-profit organizations in Pakistan. Since 2016, he has been actively supporting charitable institutions, trusts, and development initiatives through strategic legal guidance and governance expertise. As Director of The A & N Foundation, he is committed to strengthening transparent, accountable, and sustainable institutions that create lasting social impact.

Chief Development & Innovation Officer (CDIO)

Ali Bin Shaheen

Ali Bin Shaheen is a technology entrepreneur and strategist serving as the Chief Development & Innovation Officer (CDIO) of the Foundation. The founder of Abstract Hub and Raabtaa, he leverages a deep background in tech innovation, automation, and academic mentorship to spearhead the Foundation's strategic growth, global talent matchmaking, and scalable self-reliance initiatives.
